Production
Weaving
Euphora has partnered with state of the art composite weaving units in Faisalabad & Lahore. We have been manufacturing fabric & terry primarily for hotel & institutional industry. Greige is produced on cost effective, state of the art, versatile projectile and Air jet weft insertion technologies. We have produced and supplied more than 20 million metres fabric in greige and finished to GCC & Middle East countries.
Certified with ISO 9001:2004 , and have strictly adapted quality management systems throughout the organization to produce traceable, consistent and uniform quality goods, which in turn results in highest customer satisfaction.
Stitching
At Euphora, stitching unit is equipped with more than 100 latest machines with automatic tools and accessories to produce diversified range of Made-Ups. The QA Department for stitching unit covers the entire stitching process. It has very tough criteria for the approval of fabric and stitching accessories. Customers' orders are thoroughly scrutinized to ensure compliance with customer specifications before they reach their destination.
Packing
As per our customer’s requirements our Finished Fabrics are exported in Rolls, Pallets & Bales
Packaging is highly significant in order to generate higher profits for our buyers as well enhance their sales, turnovers, hence benefit from increased orders. Our Packaging well known for better presentation skills of final products of every kind. We pack ready bed sheets in the best possible ways keeping in mind instructions of our valued customers and ensure uniform standards of such sample packing all over the shipment.

Euphora has supplied more than 5 million metre of cotton satin and polyester cotton satin fabric to Middle East high end hotel clients. These fabrics are designed at our partnered modern production units by making use of superlative quality Cotton and Polyester Cotton fibers.
Percale Fabric
We have been supplying bulk quantities of percale fabrics in white and dyed to hotels, hospitals and institutions. It is one of the few fabrics that have great breakage strength.
